Truly the worst customer service I've experienced. They never respond (even if you have a direct contact) and they don't answer your questions. Everyone should avoid working with them. *UPDATE* I’ve been asked to remove my review by my rep who handled my job’s lease & he claims it to be untrue. What is true is that I worked with my job for 3 years until I decided to end our lease and it wasn’t until then did I hear from our Rep, Bob Wurzelbacher. AIS Is the worst company so far that I have been dealing with in Las Vegas and I’ve been in business for 15 years. The owner Jeff Legreca is a lying scumbag. He took four printers from me they were perfectly working fine but he didn’t like the fact that they were paid off stole them from me rip me off and gave me his two rather older printers do use so he can stick me with the payment!!! I am very frustrated with your company. this is the 2nd time we completely run out of toner. we are supposed to be receiving toner prior to running out. our business is open 7 days a week, and here I sit unable to do my job at 100% because I am unable to print.
