Aisling is great-- she guided us (first time homebuyers) through a particularly challenging sale, worked hard to lock in a great rate, and in general made the process dramatically less stressful than would have been without her. I don't have enough superlatives to describe Ms. Ferguson and her expansive knowledge, expertise, and skill in the mortgage process. Not only did she guide me from start to finish but she also was essential in helping to shepherd our tenancy in common (tic) group through our condo conversion and refinancing process. I've worked with many mortgage brokers and Aisling is one of the best in her industry. She is super responsive and keeps everyone informed throughout the process. She anticipates hurdles and always makes sure they are over come with ease. Aisling can close the most complicated loan situations. She recently, saved a complex escrow after another mortgage broker couldn't obtain the loan on a building converting from a TIC's to condos and she closed on time. I can't recommend Aisling enough!
