I have known Aisling Ferguson for a long time and I know how hard she works for her clients, so I expected good service, but she exceeded my expectations. She got me the lower rate, which was the purpose of the refi. But what most pleased me was how painless she made the process. I sent her the docs she asked for, and she took care of everything else, until it was time for me to sign the closing papers. No resending, or having to dig up more info.
