AKA Tree Services LLC is literally the worst experience I've ever had as far as tree service.I hope this will help others look into their reviews. Worked with ****** for 3 weeks telling me the next day it wasn't raining he would put me on the morning schedule still 3 weeks later and 20 trees about 9 days of no rain still not on schedule He also constantly told me if it rained,which was the only time he could seem to get me on the schedule, they would be using a bobcat that would rip up,leave bumps, and ruin my lawn! Not happy with this service! I was told they give free estimates. When they come out they will tell you the price and then make you sign what you think is an estimate. It's really a contract and if you try to cancel or reschedule they charge 30% of the job. I was not informed of teh proposal and was lied too. I will not pay teh cancellation fee either!
