I registered this dog a couple days ago and was never offered the opportunity to get the AKC insurance free for 30 days. I had to go back in and enter the dog's information and endure several errors in the entering of information, and finally was able to cover the dog for 30 days. There is a glitch in the computer program which is not consistent every time I register a dog.
