Easy to navigate through the enrollment process. Everything was easy to understand. I'm overjoyed I could find a pet insurance that covers pre-existing conditions. I should have bought pet insurance when Bella was a puppy, but circumstances beyond my control, made it impossible. I can say that pet insurance is worth paying for. It's easier to pay than an unexpected very high vet bill from an injury or illness. I also love that I can add on the 'exam plus' and 'hereditary plus' to cover the extras.
