Lost 2 crowns and a bridge last weekend. Called on Sunday to leave a message. Office called back first thing Monday morning and I was in the Naples office by 8:15 am. Dr. Alvarez reviewed situation and tried to reattach bridge. Also set up an appointment with Dr. Rembos for 1/2 to probably do Implant(s). Unfortunately, the bridge came unattached on Tuesday but Dr. Alvarez and staff did their best of temporarily fix. Staff and all professionals were responsive, timely, caring and tried to temporarily fix the problem.... read more
Dr Rembos and his staff are wonderful. All ways friendly and yet efficient and professional. A trip to their office is a pleasurable experience from beginning to end.
i was well pleased of the time the staff and Dr. took with me; everything was fully explained...the latest technology showed what the Dr. was talking about and the plan he advised should be taken; there was no high pressure sales pitch.
Amazingly friendly staff Limor, Karen,Chrystal and the Doctors are awesome. See you in February 👌🌼
