The only negative response is the 2 and 1/2 month wait time, then the actual factory calling to tell me it was raining on the Monday they were supposed to deliver and it was sunshine! The factory rep. was in the Carolinas and the installers were still in TX. I feel like the installers were not wanting to come to AR at that time and looking for an excuse. They did install the following Thursday and did a wonderful job.”
