“Your site is lacking. It should "visually construct" the building as the items are ordered. There is no way for a customer to "see" the building proportionate to the custom order. That's why you only got 3 stars for the shopping experience. I intend to buy from you again (and refer your company) if I am 100% pleased with my initial purchase. UPDATE: I was contacted by Alan's who said they were working to correct the above. So I upgraded the "Shopping Experience" to 4 stars on the faith that they will do so.”
