still waiting to see it almost 4 months now,,, they took my credit card down payment
I cannot give Alansfactoryoutlet positive feed back as they are dealers for Carolina Carports who after 4 months from my original order, I still do NOT have a completed garage installed. Very POOR customer Service.
Easy but I read reviews about poor delivery service so I hope that doesn't happen to me.

Had I realized how long the wait would be for it to be installed I would have bought locally, July to October is too long! Sorry guys!
Looking forward to seeing your crew, so I can finally receive my Car Port. It's been 4 months now since I ordered and I was not told at time of ordering it would take this long for delivery.
i am tax exempt, i was given no option to enter exemption
waas called for delivery date on Saturday. Waited all day Saturday and no installers. I took the day off for this delivery and they never called to tell me they were not coming. Had to wait until Monday to call them when they were open. I was never told why they didn't show up and was told I had to get back on the schedule, meaning at the end of the list for delivery. SINCE 5 DAYS AGO , I HAVE TRIED TOO MANY TIME TO PLACE MY ORDER AND GET A SAMPLE / COPY OF IT AND NOTHING WORKED OUT AT ALL , NOT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING FROM YOUR DOM WEB SITE AND EVEN NOW , I STILL CANNOT PRINT ANYTHING OUT OF MY SPECIAL ORDER OF THE DAY ????????
