A dialog box popped up when ordering saying that an order over 2K would be given a 10% discount at check out. This did not occur.

This is the fourth carport I have purchased from you and I have been a repeat customer because I am satisfied with the product, service and price.
If the integrity of the men installing is anything like the web page layout. I will only buy from you.

Spoke on the phone with someone who said we would be getting engineering drawings for our local Building Department so we can get the permit. That shows NO WHERE on your site.
Ordered end of September, was installed in January not happy about that. Installer were A1 professional did it on a Sunday.

"This is my 3rd building. Order a Vertical carport. 12 gauge. Quality materials. And the installation is fast. (once they arrive). I anchor with 4 x 4 treated buried about 30-36 inches."
