I went to Alba Dentral Centre with a problem I was having with a tooth. Dr. Baalbaki clearly outlined my options. Once I decided to get a crowns, she explained the procedure making sure I understood what would happen and the time it would take. She made me feel comfortable with her kind and professional manner. I had a recent dental crisis and was looking for a new dentist so researched on 'Rate MDs' and found Alba Dental Centre. I am generally a very calm person but when it comes to the dentist I have had very poor experiences and I am EXTREMELY anxious when I visit. Dr. Alsabbagh was amazing - he treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and gentleness even when I couldn't control my nerves! Dr Alsabbagh is knowledgeable and reliable. He is the first dentist I'm not scared to deal with: he understands the dentist phobia and does everything he can to ease it. He takes the time to explain exams and procedures, never rushes through anything and makes sure he goes at my pace so I'm comfortable. Having a dentist who listens goes a long way. He is surrounded by an awesome team, located in a great office. I'm here to stay!
The location is convenient, the staff is helpful beyond expectations and Dr Alsabbagh is not only a great dentist but he understands the importance of also being a people person. Very pleased to have found that place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.
what an amazing experience with getting my 4 wisdom teeth. I went in there being so scared thinking I was going to be in the worst pain but he told me I have nothing to worry about, he was right. I came to this clinic because it's nearby my house, and was pleasantly surprised that it was brand new, clean, and has a very friendly staff. Glad I am able to switch to a dentist closer to my home.
What a great experience for my 5 year old. Very engaging, patient and was just awesome. My son had to have a deep filling but because of his age and gag reflex we had a tough time finding a dentist that would work with him without completely knocking him out.
Recently had three wisdom teeth removed. Great bedside manner (calming, professional, friendly), explained the procedure beforehand very carefully and answered my (many) questions. The surgery itself went incredibly smoothly, recovery was a breeze, and I just had my post-op follow up—everything healed perfectly. Would absolutely recommend.
