I visited Alderman to get some service done on my 60,000+ I visited Alderman to get some service done on my 60,000+ 2016 Lexus. I had the 21 point inspection which was free and then an oil change and ended up getting the front brakes put on and an alignment which was spotted during the inspection. Also had good communication with Adam at the front desk and we’ll plan on doing more service and maintenance going forward. Dave W

I wrote a review a few weeks ago stating that I had to I wrote a review a few weeks ago stating that I had to return several times for paperwork and felt I was being ignored after I found a crack in the windshield. I am happy to report that, after leaving my review, I followed the instructions of the reply to my review and Alderman fixed the cracked windshield. So, I am now 100% satisfied.
