After the dealer quoted an exorbitant price to replace After the dealer quoted an exorbitant price to replace liftgate struts and made little effort to get my warranty to cover it, I brought my car to Alderman and their thorough inspection revealed only one stut needed replaced and they got the warranty to cover it by sending photos and video. We love our new SUV! We love our new SUV!! It is exactly what we wanted and why we came there to get it. But having a salesmen with you while you test drive instead ideal. When we got the SUV it was on empty. Literally 2 miles left of fuel. A service maintenance light came on within 20 miles. Just shows a lack of care for you customers.
