Many things were great: - communication was clear - customer service - the whole team was always polite, contacted me even after working hrs to keep me up to date, etc. - effective and efficient - the loan process moved at a great pace - no surprises, what I was told in the beginning did not change later in the process I did NOT even know PRMG existed (before 7.15). Now I think it is an amazing bank! Loved the experience - a big thank you from me and my whole family.
