The tech was very patient and understanding when responding to our questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the doorbell problem. The only negative situation is with the Company. We have well over paid for our camera since we’ve had it for almost 3 years. A payment for the camera has been automatically been deducted from our monthly bill. We were told as soon as the camera is paid off our monthly payments would be reduced. That hasn’t happened yet.
