I was 5 minutes late and she didnt mind waiting. I thought she was awesome! Great personality, Likes Cats and did above and beyond her duties. She made sure everything was working before she left and improved the communication with Alarm.com. Could not have had a better experience! Would recommend!

My tech was courteous , helpful and fixed my problems. She was informative, she taught me how to press on the pad and install the fire alert thingy. I sincerely appreciated the tutorials! She is a lovely person! Thank you for hiring good people.

Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Resolved all the issues with the alarm and doorbell.
Daniel was excellent. He was here about 7 hours and either diligently. Checked everything. Showed me how to set alarm, review video etc. now if I can just remember everything. My complaint is that my bedroom box doesn’t light up at night so I can see if I set alarm. Neither box shows time like old ones did. Also I disarmed from bedroom box but still had to also disarm from front box. Since bedroom box doesn’t light up like old one in an emergency it would be hard to find to call police etc. installer great but your boxes not... read more

Jim is always very professional. He had another person with him today who was learning the systems and was also very polite. They took care of business, changed out my power panel and left everything cleaned up and working well. Great experience.
