As I explained to your rep, you really should stop lying to your customers about what to expect. I was told, since I pay the insurance, my visits to repair your crappy equipment is now $45, instead of $25. I can't wait for my contract to end!! Nothing but headaches and problems, since we signed up.
As usual Tina leaves no stone unturned. She didn’t leave until she found the problem which turned out that I needed a new panel. The old one died. Keep people like her in your business and you will never have any complaints.
