What would have made it better is if there was better communication. Overall service was good, but I felt as if we were not explained things well so I felt as if we were on different pages at time.

The initial contact was great. Then I felt like we got lost in the shuffle. I don't know if it was due to another employee's personal issues or what was going on. I was afraid to ask about loan progress for almost a week and a half after some seemingly 'short-tempered' email responses when i had asked. Finally, I asked Alex a few days before our estimated closing date, to find out what was going on and then I think he was in a hustle to catch things up. The lack of communication between all parties involved became a hindrance, which eventually became stressful and a nuisance to say the least. At the beginning, I felt the company was bias. Whereas, this was quickly overridden by the professionalism and Integrity of Mr. Alexander Pressley. Although, the end results were positive, the whole ordeal could have been handled in a more productive and timely manner if communication internally and externally had been on one accord.

We bought a 90k house we couldn't even move into. Our inspector dropped the ball, the apprasor didn't follow inspection protocol, and Alex was zero help when we contacted him about the shape the house was in. He gave us zero advice as to how to remedy the situation, and instead sold off our mortgage and wiped his hands clean of the situation once we brought up legal help.
