First let me start by saying that Alhambra Post Acute SNF (APA) treated me with love, respect, and unwavering professionalism. I was there for three months, from July 17th, 2025 to October 17th, 2025, nursing and rehabing a broken ankle as well as extreme total body weakness and I felt that the only thing that was missing was cucumbers on my eyes!! I want to commend your activity director ! The bingo event was fantastic! The prizes were a wonderful touch! The residents were enjoying themselves. Activities like this truly uplift residents specially on holidays. Thank you for creating a wonderful experience.

Amazing staff that can handle high acuity, challenging DCs while giving great care. Highly reccomend this small skilled nursing facility. Smaller means more one on one care.

A very good friend spent his last few weeks at the Alhambra Post Acute facility. Given the fact that all the workers there are severely understaffed and overwhelmed with the tasks that await them every day I found everyone there very kind, even joyful, and helpful. Going out of their way to accommodate everyone as well as possible in these often thankless jobs. Thank you very much to all of you for what you are doing day in and out.

Everything could be improved from the four parking spaces to the " nursing care " . The facility is only their to rip off the state and maximize profits. Terrible staff, filthy surroundings, and rotten food. You can do much better bringing your loved ones ANYWHERE else. This place shouldn't be allowed to remain open.

Very poor quality nursing facility that has zero concern for patients and their families. Staff member Rose, the intake person, ended up lying to us and then ghosting us. How could they do this to a family with a sick loved one in need of care!? Do not recommend!

I wish I would have read all the reviews before having my Mom go to this place. The food is horrible. I pretty much have to manage my Mom's care. They give her meds a little PT and horrible food and that's about it. It's old in need of remodeling. It's on a hill, so who thought this was a good idea for a post acute care facility has poor decision and business making judgment. One has to roll their relative down the hill to leave and up the hill to return. I had high hopes that it would be a good place for my Mom. The... read more
