Ali DuBois was awesome and helped answer all of our questions and got us locked in at a pretty low rate. After that though, the time seemed slightly unprofessional. Asking if a $10 charge was going to be reoccurring and asking for tax statements that had already been provided (that showed the one time $10 charge). Overall though the process was pretty simple and questions were responded to in a timely manner!
The experience was great. Ali and Melinda are friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered right away.
