From the the very first conversation we had, all the way to closing, Ali made what could have been a daunting process super easy! Well the lending process is a tedious one cause you have to come up with things you usually don't have on hand but with technology today everything's easily accessible. I worked with melinda rothwell and she made the process very pain free and knew everything we needed. To me everything went really quick and as soon as I sent anything to her it was processed very quickly. I will definately refer anyone to this company.
Ali is very responsive and honest. I appreciate that very much being that it is hard to find honesty in this world. She really listened to my concerns and was always readily available. Her team was fantastic as well. I couldn’t ask for a better team. I hope to use them again if we buy another home.
