Tara was awesome in helping us buy our first home ! She was super responsive to all our questions, had great knowledge of the area we were looking in and always had our best interests in mind. When making offers she’s was super detailed in explaining each step for us but also in helping us structure a competitive offer. As first time home buyers the process given the market was stressful, but Tara & her team helped eleviate some of that stress.
I cannot say enough good things about Bob. I'm about 6 months pregnant and the house my family and I were renting was not particularly safe or cozy. When I asked the landlords to fix the stairs, which are not up to code, they refused and decided to sell the house instead and let us out of our lease early.
