This was my first home purchase and Alisa laid everything out very simply and explained the whole process step by step. She was very active in making sure I was ahead of the game in my preparation for closing and often checked in with me to keep me informed on the next steps of the process and helped keep me relaxed through what I understood could be a frustrating venture.

I had to initiate and double-check a lot of the paperwork for errors during our loan processing. Additionally, I did not receive our closing information for wire transfer until the night before our closing. Overall, Alisa was very kind and helpful when I had questions. Most of my issues came from communication with PRMI and the processes of getting the information right and keeping me up to speed
