The fellows (father and son) were so nice! They were able to address and fix our broken D-box lid as soon as the part came in. I hope we don't have any further septic system issues, but if we do- I know who to call!

The pump out was done great, I also was told I needed to replace the filter which I did, so all in all a great experience. I am glad the technician was able to see that I needed to replace the filter.
