I drove hr and half away . told they was best . took my Grace there and report saying she doing good and doing good and 2 hrs later after talking to dr. they said she went into cardiac arrest . and die . wondering if they screwed up . they said she going home today and 2 hrs later she dead how hell this even possible . now got explain 5 children there puppy dead . they told me she will make it . now look at my baby girl dead . . Horrible management, Will not allow people to come in with there pets. Will not return.
Let people know what services they are going to provide before you bring in your pet
There are better vets in town who don't charge an arm and leg for services. luckily I was able to get my kitty, who needed an emergency cystomy, into All Animal Pet hospital. All city quoted me $1200 up to $3000 up front to save my cat. fortunately, we got him into a place that cares more about animals than money. I strongly recommend not taking your pet to All City.
My cat was no longer using his litter box to go #2, he would use it for #1 but was in obvious pain when it came to #2. Took him to all city east 3 times, vet would feel his belly, check his rectum, changed his diet, and say let’s see....oh and billed us. After the 3rd visit I had enough, took him to a vet in Tea, where they took blood, stool sample and an X-ray....X-ray and stool were negative, blood showed he had an inflamed pancreas...needless to say he is on meds for a few weeks and no more #2 issues and is back to his aw... read more
You people are beyond idiots. My friend lost her dog. These morons put the remains with general cremation. She won't be able to get the ashes back. If you can't even get that right. What other stuff do you screw up on.
