Dr Hubbard is very through and thoughtful for taking care of my kittens. I had to take my babies in for their first appointment. I was sad I couldn't be inside with them but that's COVID's fault. The doctor was happy to talk to me and listen to my concerns and took care of my babies very well. I know my cats are in caring and careful hands. Thanks ☺️

Compassion. Yesterday my dog Journey got sick. Like most, my pets are my babies. I frantically called around trying to find a place to take her. I had heard nothing but good things about All City West, so I gave them a call. On the other side of the phone was the sweetest, most understanding woman. SHELLEY. Dr Playn that works there she is the best and most compassionate vet doc there is. she is amazing. She even helps me. she ROCKS!!! the staff is amazing too cant forget about them.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to give All City a huge shout out in regards to my dog, Gizmo. He had to be put down after 14 great years, but his seizures, joint problems, and heart issues were too much for him. The staff at All City was so amazingly caring and respectful while we put him to sleep. What really got me was to see a lot of the staff with tears in their eyes as well, knowing how much this dog meant to our family.
