Thank you for helping my Hayli girl go peacefully, being honest with me about her quality of life and not putting her through anything unnecessary just so we would spend the money. Something our old vet didn’t do. I picked up her ashes last night along with her paw print and a beautiful card. My heart is broken and I miss her so much but your compassion definitely helped.

I'm writing this recommendation the day after putting my beloved ferret, Cupcake, to sleep. My experience yesterday is what prompted the review. Cupcake's health has slowly been declining over the past year, and on Wednesday I made the seemingly impossible decision to put her to rest.
