Was helpful in getting my pet seen urgently and having the appropriate course of action taken all in one day. Aftercsare excelllent as well had a follow up call the following day to see how my pet was doing.

Very pleasant receptionist , listened to what I had to say and gave me an appropriate date and time to come and see your vet Gabriella She seem to appreciate the fact that we were old age pensioners and that we care about our old dog but we had a bad experience at the Pdsa and wanted some advice and help from a veterinary surgery

Not sure how to feel except sad. Came with poorly cat in April, paid £52+ consultation fee and granted prescription for painkiller (once supply already had finished) wasn’t told prescription lasts 6 months. 10 days over 6 months and I’m told vet needs another £53 to see cat again to say exactly same thing, as cat has exactly the same condition and who will give exactly same prescription. I understand you have your own ethics, but come on 10 days over!!?? Try living on £80 a week as an unpaid carer looking after a human 24/7... read more

However, we are regulated by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and legally bound to adhere to their regulations with regards to dispensing medication for patients. Sadly, if we were to dispense certain medications for patients we haven't seen for a while, and there be an adverse reaction, we would be liable.
