hired this company to transport a boat from CT to CA. The delivery occurred later then promised. Despite communicating the size of boat & boat trailer, the wrong sized semi-truck trailer was booked. They also booked with 2 other deliveries, which was not what was promised to me. The driver didn't have the correct equipment to load/unload the boat onto the flat bed. I'm currently having an issue with them today. Kara contracted United Transport to pick up my car today and the company's dispatch (United Transport) has been texting all day saying they're coming at different times. When I called about 30min ago United Transport had a nasty attitude and told me if I didn't like the service I could cancel and then they hung up on me.
