Everything was great dont remember the young lady’s name that waited on me but she was very polite and I could understand what she was telling me about my online account she’s a keeper

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Asked For a simple copy of a one month bank statement. I do this every year. ALL-IN never charged me before and literally wanted to charge me $1 at this particular credit union location. I don't normally come to this one, but it happened to be the closest at the time. So obviously this particular one has horrible customer service.
