The young man that assisted me in purchasing my CD was well informed of the process, and all of the questions and signatures needed. He just expedited the process all the way through to the end made me feel very comfortable, and that I was in the right hands, very pleasant young man With a beautiful smile!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Asked For a simple copy of a one month bank statement. I do this every year. ALL-IN never charged me before and literally wanted to charge me $1 at this particular credit union location. I don't normally come to this one, but it happened to be the closest at the time. So obviously this particular one has horrible customer service.
