The staff here is always very helpful. Leah is amazing and very knowledgeable. I’ve had an account with All In ever since it was Army Aviation Credit Union. This location is often busy. I love the advanced ATM and the coffee shop. I wish there was a location in Niceville.
Even though it was her day off Danielle, came into my job an seen that I was having a stressful ordeal dealing with my account which she took matters in her own hands and figured everything out for me and even helped me set up some useful tools on my banking app. Again, thank you so much Danielle! Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed today!
If I could leave no stars I would! They charge unnecessary overdraft fees for a pending charge. I had a few pending charges, each with their own $28 over draft fee. Doesn't matter to them that there was money in the account when the charge actually cleared. So they took about $100 more in overdraft fees. They gave the lame excuse that because there wasn't money when it was pending....... I will be changing banks as soon as I can, and I have been with them since 2004.
There isn’t many location. When I needed too get ahold of a bank clerk it took me at least 30 mins. This is why I am Leaving a 1 star review. Unpleasant experience trying too get them on the phone. A year later I closed my account. Will not be coming back
Worst banking institute in the USA! The week of Christmas an unauthorized charge was withdrawn from my account, All In Credit Union did nothing but cancel my debit card. Of course I disputed the charge, but All In wouldn’t hold themselves accountable in ensuring my money is safe in their hands. After going rounds with the company that charged my account I eventually got a refund but unfortunately they couldn’t send it back to the account because my card was canceled and sent a check.
