We walked in and me my husband and niece all set up an account and the girl got us done quick and easy and very hospitable and friendly:) I will be going back to open up another account soon!! If I had any complaints they didn't have a public restroom!. 😆
It is easier for a crook to get your money out of your account then it is for the account holder. My question is if a crook tries to take more money then is in my account without authorization will I be charged A fee or apenalty ?????
I came in to the bank to open an account with a considerable amount and I got bounced back and forth between bankers. The first banker said she couldn’t open the account that it had to be the other banker then I waited for the other banker. The other banker then took another customer and skipped me. Finally when the banker became available she then said she was going to lunch and that the other banker that I initially started with was the one to open my account but then I had to wait longer. Sherell is extremely unnecessarily rude and unkind! I have been banking there for years, paid off several vehicle through them, and all I get it a loud attitude!!!! I was just trying to take care of a banking matter, she would answer my questions, and also had a rude remark. Also she repeated what I said back to me in a loud, unkind, voice. Had a wonderful experience getting a car loan with Wiregrass FCU. Ms Becky is awesome and went above and beyond to help me buy my car, and I got the best interest rate in town. I won't go anywhere else for future loans.
