Went in the bank on May 22, 2024 and as I walked in this teller snapped her finger at me to go to a certain counter I don’t think I will be going back to this location it was rude for sure and whew her attitude
We opened an account here with high expectations and did not get what expected. We have a online deposit limit a month which is fine. However, today down in Florida with a check we need to deposit from a job, we're told it's over the limit but it doesn't come close to our monthly limit. When we said we would have to close this account and find a bank who will work with us more, the response was, we understand. WOW, so that how you treat customers.
It was the best, but after covid hit they charged for everything and then the customer service plumeted as well. I closed my account . Would not recommend
I have been with them for over 25 years wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have been good to me.
Me and my wife went in and talked to Amanda Hampton. Right out the gate she didn't want to help us. She actually didn't even want to help us. She was very un professional, very snobby. We left and will be closing this account asap. We went to People south and what a world of difference. We got the banking business completed and are very satisfied with the service. All in you have got to do better with the people you have employed. I never will do business with All in ever again. Thanks People South for working hard to help ... read more
