Alison (I think that was her name) was very professional, thorough, patient, unhurried, and friendly in setting up my new checking account. It was a lovely pleasure working with her.
I use the branch on Park avenue in Dothan, Al. The branch manager is super helpful and the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience. I dreaded opening a new account! Usually everything takes forever. I apologize that I don’t remember her name, She greeted me within 5 minutes of being there. And as I told her what i needed, she jumped right into action.
