We live in Washington state and do business with a shared credit union there and have transferred money back and forth in the past with a family member who resides here. My debit card has been compromised 5 times in less than a year. They have shut my card down multiple times while I am out of state and it's always late on Friday afternoon and I have been left helpless until they open on Monday. I have had to file multiple transaction disputes. Strange that they'll kick back a $1.98 transaction then deduct a large transaction from my account. They put holds on deposits that have never bounced written from a different bank that is right down the road from them. During that hold they charge a... read more
This is the worst bank ever!! They make banking impossible because of there stupid policies. They don't like counting change if you do not have enough for a roll. They will not allow my mother to deposit my checks into her account. There atms work half of the time.. I would love to switch banks.. but it would be so hard considering my situation I am kinda stuck between a rock and hard place I would not recommend this bank to anyone wanting to open a new account there
Employees are very nice and helpful. Big downside is they don't have any drive thrus. Very inconvenient.
