January E-statements are still not available! Usually available on the first week of the month. When speaking to contact center no one seems to know when they will be available. It's like everything at this bank is going wrong. I tried calling them and their automated system is screwed, the male voice continuously repeats. We appreciate your membership, a representative will be with shortly" It is repeated over and over and over until you hang up.
Absolutely superior customer service, hands down!!! Always look forward to visiting; they treat you like family ♥️
Great people always willing to help you in whatever area of banking you need. Have several branches in city for convenience. Open until 5 when most local banks close earlier.
Branch close to Lowe's was not very helpful but the branch close to the movie theater took care of my issue. Great service there!
