Kris came out early to give an in person quote. He was fantastic and helped to strategize ways that we could make our move within our budget. I can not stress this enough. GET AN IN PERSON QUOTE. The call center quoted $800 for 3 guys and a few hours of work. They also said paper protective pads were free (they weren't). Kris's quote was much more accurate, 3x the price for the actual size of our move with additional help needed. Preparing school buildings for the new school year has been super stressful. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to have All My Sons send over the A team (Brandon, Leo, Andy and Scottlyn .) Not only were they hard workers and good at their job in every way, but they were also some just straight up good guys and a real pleasure to work with. The service was good. They did show up on time and were very courteous. I did have a few issues. They broke my desk, then I tried to take it apart so it wouldn't break any more and they charged me for the time I spent trying to take it apart, while they stood there. Then at the storage unit, one of the movers climbed up and stood on one of my boxes. This really pissed me off as I won't know which box it was and until I move my stuff out, to see if anything else was broken. The other issue I had is they were really expensive.... read more
Quick response. Arrived on time. Great crew. Piper (team leader), James and Ree were great to work with. Took exceptional care not to damage walls and floors. No broken items or damage to property. Price very comparable to other companies.
