I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received from Aaron and the three fine gentlemen at All My Sons/Newport News, who moved me on Thanksgiving day! I signed the documents to move in to my new home around 1400, Thanksgiving Eve. Figured I'd call Aaron and give him a chuckle by asking if they would be able to move me that afternoon. when you are taking on a new client you should be more open about how you are billing them. each client needs to understand that the amount of time it takes to put the items on the truck will be the amount of time it will take to take the items off the truck. client should also know without a doubt that there is an additional 1 hour charge in addition to the time that it takes for the crew to load. my initial bill after all was loaded was over $1,000.
