James, Thomas & team were super quick, efficient and moved items with care. They got the job done! Wish the company didn't have so many hidden fees. Labor charge wasn't bad, it was everything else thrown on at the end that was frustrating.

James and his team were great!! They showed care for our items by wrapping furniture efficiently. And, in the new house with new carpet, we used carpet shield which was entertaining but nothing as I expected it to be. Regardless, the men never complained when they removed their shoes to walk on the new carpet or hauling items up the stairs! Really appreciate their hard work!
