One of the workers deliberately broke my rooms to go sofa and offered no compensation.
They only had to move about a dozen pieces from my old to a new home which was a distance of about 4 miles. More than half of our things were damaged in some way not to mention the hole they put in the wall at our old house as well as marks in the front door frame from trying to force a sofa through without removing the legs. They also put plenty of marks in our brand new, just built home as well. They did not take care in packing furniture. Several pieces were scratched and nicked. They did not finish packing furniture... left a bookcase full of pictures in closet and a large rug in MBR on the floor. When they unloaded furniture in my garage at new location two fabric chairs were unwrapped and not protected. A large couch was stood up on it's side. I will not recommend them.
The worst move I have ever experienced. Valuables were damaged. They left halfway through the move because they **had another job** and underestimated the cost of the project. Two of the movers were polite and professional. One was downright rude and surly. I paid for half a move because I only got half a move.
My experience was horrible! I was already about move during this time. They assured me the Movers will have mask and neither of them did not. When I booked the move I let it be clear I was on budget of $400. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 beds, dining room set, sectional, 4 garage bags, 2 small plastic bins and 2 large. It took them 3 hours and 20 minutes to load! When we get to new place we were on hour 4 and not even unloading. Being prior military my family has moved around the world with no damage to my property. This company was the worse. They dropped my freezer that had NO prior damage and now it is dented and scratched ALL over. Several pieces of furniture were damaged also . I would not recommend them. There must be better movers out there.
Sloppy slow over priced dropped dinning table on ground scratched up lots of furniture. Left furniture sitting in hallway I was moving out of and on elevator instead of securing it piece by piece. Very sloppy unprofessional an over priced never had a terrible experience like this company an most I have ever paid .
HORRIBLE experience! Many broken items, damaged appliances (washer, dryer, upright freezer), damaged furniture (tables, wall art, leather couches. AND TO TOP IT ALL, some of their employees STOLE property from the home. Jason Natale made lots of promises during the "selling process" that weren't kept. Jake from operations claims everything will be made right but was supposed to call yesterday to discuss their investigation into the theft and talk about the misrepresentation of their services / the claim process.... but ... read more
