Allen is a master at thinking creatively about how to qualify the non-traditional borrower, the self-employed, or the person with a marginal credit score. He's an excellent resource for credit counseling to get you poised for a purchase. He always delivers the loan docs to title ahead of time and often closes early. He's been my go-to for 15 years!
