Excellent provider. Very knowledgeable and allows plenty of time to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this group. They office staff is great and they never keep you waiting.
I really liked Dr Backman. Having been through allergy tests and shots for most of my life, he was the most thorough doctor I had ever been to. However, I agree with another review on this page regarding the front desk staff. I have only been to the Monroe office, so I cannot speak for Fairfield, but Monroe needs a real overhaul. I had asked to speak to Dr Backman after one of the girls was incredibly rude, but was told I'd have to make an appointment. I haven't been back since. It's a shame
He is very smart and carefully considers and explains his thoughts and plan
