Dr . Is a very kind person who explains everything and knows what she is saying
This is the first time that I have seen this allergist and she was so friendly and very professional. She was also very thorough and spent time talking to me about what could be wrong with my symptoms. I would highly recommend her.
She was terrific. She listened and discussed different options. She was very patient and spent a lot of time with me.
First time meeting new doctor to the practice.
If the provider is Optum . Look at your staff and receptionist.... Great staff. I was nervous because I've changed so many times the different doctors and never had a great experience with Caremount. But the one thing that did continue into the Optum is you need to staff better on the phones not with Dr D's office because they're awesome mean as when you call in instead of being put on hold that seems like forever and transferred 42 times and 700 hangups. Take note from their staff

I was very, very pleased with Dr. D's first time visit. She was very patient, listened, answered my questions, asked me if I had any other questions. She resolved a lot of issues that I had with explaining them to me, and she took her time with me, which is very unusual with doctors today, and I truly appreciated leaving the office feeling very good and looking forward to my next visit with Dr. D. Thank you.
