Dr. Krall has cared for my daughter for over 25 years. Once when she was particularly ill as a child, he gave her his home phone number to call in the event that she needed him. What impressed me was that he gave the number to HER, not to me. My daughter trusts Dr. Krall implicitly.
Their billing department is least helpful. They have me calling for 2 weeks

Strange hours. Also very disorganized. Said that they lost my serum, but then after I called around, they supposedly found it. Sent me back to my regular allergist with my expired serum. Have not sent me or my regular allergist the serum.

Dr. Krall has been my families allergist for years...he cared for my teens when they were young, my former foster son and currently my two year old! He is great..love his personality!
