Dr. Humphries and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about allergy problems. He recommended an inhaler for my use. When I called with questions, someone from his office called me back within one hour!!! I can't recommend this office strongly enough if you are suffering from allergies!!

I was referred to Dr Humphreys in regards to my ongoing food allergies. I found him to be quite personable and easy to talk with. He was not rushed and answered all my questions. He spent time discussing treatment options with me and allowing me to choose the next course of action that I preferred. I felt confident with his advice and would definitely recommend him.

The worst front office experience ever! She is very rude and then called and rescheduled my appt. Took two months to finally get in and then the doctor tells me I cannot be tested since I have not been off my allergy medicine for 7 days. Front office never shared that information with me. So when I tell the doctor this he then gets an attitude and acts like it is my fault. Time for me to get a referral elsewhere!

We were referred to this physician by the AF recruiter. He said my son needed an oral challenge test and this was who he recommended. My DS booked an appointment telling them what he needed. Yesterday he went to his appointment, paid $75 and the only outcome was that the Dr. said he needed to go to Quest and get his blood tested. This doctor is disrespectful and unprofessional. He is dismissive and thinks he is superior. I called to get guidance on what to do because I was having an allergic reaction and presented with hives, welts, excessive scratching and swelling. We did not get to a solution because I was being talked to with utter disrespect. I informed him I would be canceling my appointment because speaking to him was an awful experience. Didn’t pay attention to the medicine I told him I was taking. Recommended otc medicine on the second visit that I told him I was already taking during the first visit. Didn’t show me my xray results, and was extremely rude. Has no bedside manner what so ever. Admitted that he forgot why he made me get X-rays in the first place. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I went in for simple allergy testing which would have been covered by my insurance. I sat there waiting for a total of 4 and a half hours at that office only for them to tell me that the first test they did was accurate showing no allergies. Even tho I have been suffering for years with severe allergy symptoms. So now since they did all these other tests without telling me they would cost me over $500 I'm stuck with this bill I can not afford.
