Scheduled a 3pm telehealth appointment. Leading up to the appointment I’m looking for the zoom link but not getting any email with any directions so I start calling the office leaving messages. At around 3:15 I finally get an email with a zoom link. I click the link and sit for 45 minutes only to have Dr. Gananna never show up.
