I took my cat Patches in recently and saw Dr. Wilbanks for the first time. She was so knowledgeable and generous with her time! She listened to my concerns and fears, did a comprehensive exam, and talked me through the entire situation. She even listened about my other cat’s issues. Then she took her time to do research later on and email me back with more details! I am so incredibly happy with Dr. Wilbanks and her care and concern for my babies!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! We first came in with our dog, who had suffered serious complications after being overdosed with anesthesia for a minor surgery. AT the time I brought her in, she was terrified to go to a vet (makes sense since half her face was paralyzed). The staff here made her feel so comfortable and were SO compassionate that she almost instantly eased up once we were inside. Are they expensive? Yes they are. However, I believe it is worth it. I’ve never seen a vet here that wasn’t compassionate. I have never felt rushed. In the past month I have had to put down 2 of my pets. I’d like to give a special shout out to Dr. O’Neil who was the vet who treated my Himalayan cat we had to put down most recently.
