RecommendedKatie is very helpful when needed, I have almost been living in the community for almost a year and I haven't had any problems. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood.I recommend living in the community.

Stop raising lot rent especially for the elderly people who hardly can get around and have had to get a job now just to be able to stay in their trailers! I moved a trailer in there over 12 yrs ago when Ron owned the property and now my poor father lives in our trailer and is desperate because you guys keep Jacking up the rent! Absolutely ridiculous and I believe Ron Hiles is turning over in his grave. No wonder every time I go to visit it looks more and more like a ghost trailer park... Shame on you
