She is great with mobility and stretching. I wish she did more neuromuscular therapy.

Everything is great
NJ Spine and Wellness is full of talented individuals. AJ and Rich have specifically helped me recover from several injuries including ankle, knee, low back and shoulder. They are professional and knowledge and most importantly always get me back to being pain free and then some!
