Consistently thorough customer service We have used this facility in the past, which is also a U Haul rental location. Steve has always served us extremely well. When we arrived for our storage unit check-in, he graciously informed us he did have a slightly larger one available, quickly made the changes and got us set up, even though we could see he was very busy. Much appreciated. Thank you!

Great customer service We were happy to find a storage facility closer to our home and less money than we were paying in Redmond
Good experience Easy in and out access and a good location for us. Understand a busy time of year and unit was not quite ready when we arrived to drop off items in storage unit. But was quickly resolved.

Very Good Facility In my opinion Alliance Storage would be a very good choice. It appears to be operated well, has very reasonable prices, a good supply of varying units(size), good security, convenient location if staying in town, and a good website. I was very satisfied with my experience.
