I work for a General Agency where we offer represent several carriers for our brokers. When a broker needs something we like to get it taken care of right away. I deal more on the ancillary side, but a few times when brokers would need something I would call Jill Carroll as she would always answer her phone. She is very thorough, sharp and a pleasure to work with. A broker recently wanted to get appointed to sell the Allied products and within minutes I had everything I needed! You have a keeper there :)

Jill Carroll was a rockstar! As an independent advisor I speak with a lot of team members with different carries. However, Jill is by far the best experience I've had yet. It is nice to do business with someone who gets it and I look forward to our future relationship!

I have sold Allied National plans to many group clients, and have also been an insured member on their plans. My experience as an agent and as an insured has been nothing but top notch! Allied National is by far the most innovative small group carrier I have ever worked with; and I've been doing this for 20 years! I've worked with Allied National for close to ten years. They are very responsive and the staff is professional and courteous. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a reasonable amount of time. WONDERFUL group of people to work with!!

I sent in 2 claims 60 days after service date, even have emails talking with a representative making sure I had all info correct and submitted correctly while being told it would be submitted with the highest priority for processing. Never heard back. After some time, I called to figure out what happened and was told they went to a new system and lost all emails from April to May. They lost our premium more than once and made us jump through hoops each time by not being consistent with notifications. They also have a claim fund which is supposed to be extra money we get back if not used for claims. Well, in our case, it was not used for claims, but they are refusing to send us our money as promised. They are finding every way possible to screw us over. Do not trust this company with your money.
